With the aim of innovating around "espresso coffee", Delta Cafés created in 2006, a team of professional baristas in a project inserted in the CCC Barista Academy By Delta Cafés.
This team seeks to spread the culture and praise the quality of coffee, encouraging its consumption through various fun, innovative value-added drinks.
