About

Coffee cultivation in the Naimeg family is a family affair. It all started with Jorge's father, Gerson Naimeg, the son of German immigrants, and his wife, Hercilia Mafra. They entered the coffee business in 1965 with their first coffee plantation in the northern region of Paraná. In 1981, after experiencing three devastating frosts, they decided to move to a different region.

Location

The Pântano family farm is located in the Cerrado Mineiro region, where coffee production is extremely diverse. The Naimeg group cultivates several varieties on its 705-hectare farm: Acaia, Yellow Bourbon, Yellow Catuai, and Red Catuai.
