Deiro García is a specialty coffee producer from Pitalito, Huila. When he acquired the farm, he had no name in mind, but after watching the entire Harry Potter saga in one day, which takes about 19 hours, he had the idea to name it "Lord Voldemort." No one thought this would attract so much attention, but it ended up being a great complement to the excellent coffees he produced there. From the beginning, he experimented with coffee aiming to achieve the best possible result. His processing techniques include the use of yeasts, must preparation, fermentations with fruits, and oxidations. Currently, Deiro is part of the Huila Coffee Farmers association group, which seeks direct agreements between producers and roasters, promoting stable relationships between producer and client.
